Sting

Lookout LA, tight T-shirt wearing rock star Sting comes to The Wiltern on Friday, November 15th 2024... That's right, due to popular demand, the Sting 3.0 tour dates have been extended, and this third show was added!!! And, yes, this is your very, very, very 3.0 last chance to catch Sting in North America for 2024.

The Police frontman hits the road as part of a trio, it is the 3.0 tour for a reason. Joined by longtime collaborator and guitarist Dominic Miller, and Mumford & Sons drummer Chris Maas, Sting will perform a myriad of hits from across his career, including songs from his time in The Police.

With an array of awards so long it could, and does, fill a book! And listed on almost every single 100 best musician lists anywhere... you can imagine a list of hits from Sting would be long, and varied, so expect anything from the insanely popular, "Every Breath You Take", and "Fields of Gold", to something older like "Behind My Camel", and maybe something new like "Always on Your Side (feat. Sheryl Crow)"

Hit that "Get Tickets" button to the right and end your 2024 with the very best of rock, from one of the very best musicians to ever walk in fields of gold...

The 3.0 Tour will kick off in Detroit, Michigan and will wind through North America hitting smaller venues across the nation for a more intimate experience, before wrapping it up 2 months later, right here in Los Angeles. Due to “phenomenal fan demand” the upcoming North American tour in Toronto, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington, and Chicago all had extra dates added on. The tour combines the incredible talents of the classic rock bassist-singer, Sting, with guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas, a frequent Mumford & Sons and Maggie Rogers tour drummer. Together, the 3.0 rockers will play songs from across Sting's "vast catalog through the urgent lens of a tight three-piece combo."

Ok, you ready for this... the awards list... deep breath now... 17 Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year for "Every Breath You Take", 3 Brit Awards, including Best British Male Artist in 1994 and Outstanding Contribution to music in 2002, 1 Golden Globe, 1 Emmy Award, and 4 nominations for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. A BMI Award for the most-played song in radio history, "Every Breath You Take." An Ivor Novello Award for his Lifetime Achievement from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors and was subsequently inducted into the Songwriter's Hall of Fame, which joins his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A CBE from Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace, a Kennedy Center Honoree at the White House, an Ivor Novello Fellow and has been awarded the Polar Music Prize.

I don't know how he gets the energy, can you imagine how cool a concert with him will be with all that energy... with albums with The Police from as far back as 1978, and solo albums, beginning in 1985 and stretching all the way to 2021s, The Bridge. Plus collaborations like "Money for Nothing" with Dire Straits, "Rise & Fall" with Craig David, "All for Love" with Bryan Adams and Rod Stewart, "You Will Be My Ain True Love" with Alison Krauss, "Desert Rose" with Cheb Mami, and the entire album, 44/876, with Shaggy.

You are literally guaranteed a night of the very best hits in classic rock, one after another, all night long! So hit that button, buy some tickets! This is Sting at The Wiltern on Friday, November 15th 2024 for the Sting 3.0 tour.
